We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings .
Requirements: Required Qualifications list.
Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications.
Skills: Could be derived from required qualifications like "Strong interpersonal and communication skills", "Proficient self-leadership", etc. But we might combine into Skills section. However we already have Required Qualifications which includes many skill-like items. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Required Qualifications and Skills into one? But we have headings defined: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which to use.
We have content for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (required qualifications), Qualifications (preferred), Benefits (from About WSP benefits), Schedule (maybe from Physical Requirements about work schedule: "Ability to work schedules conducive to project-specific requirements that may extend beyond the typical workweek." Also physical requirements about hours, travel, etc). Pay: not present, so omit.
We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". So we omit Pay.
Now we need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. Good.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's craft:
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the job description. Key parts: - Intro: WSP is initiating a search for a High Voltage Transmission Line Inspectors for our Power Constructors, Inc. (PCI) sector for our Fort Worth, Abilene or Waco Texas locations. This position will have the ability to work remotely from any mutually acceptable location. This position may be up to 100% travel. WSP brings global expertise... etc. This Opportunity Provides inspection support to engineers and project managers to ensure construction compliance with plans, specifications, contract documents, and codified requirements. Then "Your Impact" bullet list of duties. Then "Who You Are" with Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. Then "Physical Requirements". Then "About WSP" description. We need to decide sections: About the role (maybe intro), Responsibilities (Your Impact), Requirements (Required Qualifications), Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications?), Skills (maybe combine?), Benefits (maybe from About WSP benefits), Pay (not present), Schedule (maybe from Physical Requirements about work schedule). We must not create sections with placeholder text. So only include sections where we have concrete content. Let's extract: About the role: The description of the role: "This Opportunity Provides inspection support to engineers and project managers to ensure construction compliance with plans, specifications, contract documents, and codified responsibilities." Also earlier: "WSP is currently initiating a search for a High Voltage Transmission Line Inspectors for our Power Constructors, Inc. (PCI) sector for our Fort Worth, Abilene or Waco Texas locations. This position will have the ability to work remotely from any mutually acceptable location. This position may be up to 100% travel." That's about the role. Responsibilities: The "Your Impact" list (many bullet-like sentences). We'll turn each sentence into

Schedule
Work schedules may extend beyond the typical workweek to meet project‑specific requirements; occasional travel may be required depending on project needs.
We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. We removed those. Check for any repeated content: We included "Ability to work schedules conducive to project-specific requirements that may extend beyond the typical workweek." both in Requirements and Schedule. That's okay but maybe duplicate. Could remove from Requirements to avoid duplication. However the requirement list includes that as a requirement; it's substantive. The schedule section could just mention that schedule may extend beyond typical workweek and occasional travel. It's okay to have some overlap but better to avoid duplication. Let's adjust: Remove that line from Requirements. Also we included "Ability to work schedules conducive to project-specific requirements that may extend beyond the typical workweek." in Requirements; we can remove it. Also we have "Ability to work schedules conducive to project-specific requirements that may extend beyond the typical workweek." appears also in Physical Requirements? Actually physical requirements included: "Ability to work schedules conducive to project-specific requirements that may extend beyond the typical workweek." So we keep it in Schedule section only. Now adjust Requirements list: remove that line. Also we might want to include Physical Requirements like "able to work up to 12 hour days, 5 to 6 days a week", "able and willing to travel and stay for a minimum of 6 weeks at a time", "must be able to work in extreme weather conditions for up to 12 hours a day", etc. Those are substantive and could go under Schedule or maybe a separate section like "Working Conditions". But we only have allowed headings; we could put them under Schedule or maybe under Responsibilities? Better to add a Schedule section that includes those details. Let's incorporate physical requirements into Schedule. Schedule section could include: "Work may require up to 12‑hour days, 5‑6 days per week; ability to travel and stay for a minimum of 6 weeks at a time; must be able to work in extreme weather conditions for up to 12 hours a day; must wear company‑provided PPE for entire shift; able to lift a minimum of 50 lb; able to walk 3‑5 miles per day across rough terrain; ability to step in and out of a 3/4‑ton pickup truck several times a day." Thus Schedule section will be substantive. We'll also keep the earlier schedule line about extending beyond typical workweek and occasional travel. Now adjust. We also need to ensure we didn't include any fluff like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now produce final HTML. Check for any stray boilerplate: We removed "About WSP" description beyond benefits. We kept benefits from that paragraph. We omitted the rest of About WSP (mission, employee count, website). That's okay as it's not required but could be considered substantive. However we might include a short "About WSP" section? The allowed headings do not include About the company. But
