About the role
We are seeking a High Value Officer to join our High Value Giving Area, primarily responsible for managing activities related to fundraising events and corporate fundraising campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Manage corporate fundraising campaign activities (e.g., corporate volunteering and Milano Relay Marathon)
- Support the management and retention of existing corporate and foundation partners, identifying new collaboration opportunities
- Collaborate in the organization and execution of fundraising events, handling logistical and operational aspects
- Prepare campaign reports
Qualifications
- Degree in economics, humanities, marketing, or communication sciences
- Previous experience in similar roles
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and ability to meet deadlines across multiple projects
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Data analysis skills and familiarity with CRM databases (preferably Mentor by Direct Channel)
- Good command of English
- 2-3 years of experience in fundraising or non-profit sector
Pay
Salary range: €26,000–€30,000 per year
Schedule
Full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract (CCNL Commercio)
Location: Milan
