High Ticket Sales Closer - In Home Water Systems
About the role
We provide the leads—homeowners who came directly to us, not shared internet leads. An in-house appointment-setting team works alongside you to get you in front of people. No cold calling, no door knocking, no buying your own leads. Your job is to run the appointment, present, and close. Commission is uncapped and paid weekly.
Average closers earn $125K–$250K; top closers clear $250K–$300K. In your first interview we’ll walk you through the full commission structure, tiers, and what our reps actually closed last quarter so you can do the math yourself.

Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home appointments within your territory
- Deliver consultative in-home closes
- Manage and work your sales pipeline
Requirements
- 3+ years closing in-home or high-ticket sales (solar, roofing, home security, pest control, or similar)
- One-call close experience; be ready to discuss your numbers
- Comfortable working 100% commission as an independent contractor
- Live within commuting distance of your assigned territory
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
- Able to run your own schedule without daily managerial oversight
