High Ticket Sales Closer - in Home Water Systems

About the role

We provide the leads. These are homeowners who came to us, not internet leads that five other companies bought. You'll also have our in-house appointment setting team working alongside you to get you in front of people. No cold calling, no door knocking, no buying your own leads. Your job is to run the appointment, present, and close.

• In-home appointments around your territory
• Consultative in-home closes
• Working your pipeline

Requirements

• 3+ years closing in-home or high-ticket sales. Solar, roofing, home security, pest control and other in home services all transfer well
• One-call close experience. Be ready to talk about your numbers, because we'll ask
• Comfortable working 100% commission as an independent contractor
• Live within commuting distance of your territory
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
• Able to run your own schedule without a manager checking in on you

Pay

• Average closers earn $125K-$250K
• Top closers clear $250K-$300K
• Commission is uncapped and paid weekly
• Full comp structure shared in your first interview
