Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to assess their roofing needs and provide product and service recommendations.
- Closely follow up on pre-qualified leads provided by the company.
- Conduct 8 - 12 pre-scheduled and pre-confirmed in-home appointments per week.
- Close sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Attend trainings and stay updated on company products and services.
- Drive to pre-set appointments without cold calling or door knocking.
- Complete a two-week paid training program with the company’s dedicated sales training team.
- Participate in regular sales meetings.
Requirements
- 3 years of prior sales experience.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- A self-motivated individual with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a team.
- A professional appearance and demeanor.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- No visible face or neck tattoos or piercings.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
- A willingness to undergo thorough sales training provided by the company.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
