Southern National Roofing, a leading name in residential roofing, is seeking motivated and experienced High Ticket Sales Closers to join our dynamic sales team. This role is perfect for professionals who excel in closing high-value sales, especially in an in-home setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 8-12 pre-scheduled, pre-qualified in-home sales presentations weekly
- Assess customer needs and present roofing solutions effectively
- Close high ticket sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
- Participate in company training and stay current with product knowledge
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Operate as a road warrior, traveling to customer appointments as scheduled
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in high ticket or commission-based roles
- Proven track record of closing sales and achieving sales goals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
- Strong negotiation skills and customer-focused approach
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently while managing a flexible schedule
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in mobile devices and CRM tools
Compensation and Schedule
- Competitive commission-based pay with on-target earnings between $150,000 and $300,000 annually
- Weekly draw against commission plus uncapped earning potential
- Pre-scheduled appointments Monday through Saturday with flexible hours
