Home Genius Exteriors grew from $2.7M to $292M in six years, and we’re looking for driven sales professionals with 2–5 years of proven experience in environments such as in-home sales, automotive sales, mortgage/finance, and high-ticket B2C roles.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2–3 homeowners daily
• Receive pre-qualified appointments
• Participate in elite training programs
• Fast track to leadership positions

Requirements

• 2–5 years of proven sales experience
• Proven success in high-pressure sales environments
• Ability to build relationships with clients
• Strong communication skills

• Passion for home improvement and customer service
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

Pay

$100K–$300K+ earning potential with 70% advance + uncapped commissions
