High Tech Strategy Senior Manager
We Are: Accenture Strategy — where bold ideas meet relentless execution. We sit at the intersection of business strategy and technological transformation, helping the world's most ambitious companies not just adapt to change, but define it. In an era where AI is rewriting every industry playbook, we equip C-suite leaders with the clarity, confidence, and competitive edge to move fast and win. We don't just advise — we co-create the future alongside our clients, embedding AI-driven insights into the strategies that shape markets, disrupt incumbents, and unlock new growth engines.
About the Role
You are a Strategy expert with deep professional experience working across the High Tech industry — and a genuine obsession with what AI makes possible. You see around corners. You translate complex, fast-moving dynamics into sharp, actionable strategies that clients can execute at scale. You thrive in ambiguity, energize the teams around you, and build trusted client relationships that last well beyond a single engagement. Whether advising a semiconductor leader on manufacturing, capacity, and ecosystem strategy, optimizing global supply-chain resilience and cost structures, or helping downstream technology providers align product and go-to-market decisions with operational realities, you bring intellectual rigor, creative instinct, and human connection to make it real.
Responsibilities
- Leverage deep industry knowledge across enterprise HW, SW, consumer HW, semiconductor, data center, or network sectors to support clients in analyzing their growth and profitability strategies, E2E process transformation and optimization in sales, service, marketing, or enabling functions, define enterprise-wide cost take-out initiatives, and define new business models and revenue streams.
- Lead engagements to help High Tech, semiconductor, and data center companies deploy innovative operating models including product-led growth frameworks and AI-first development methodologies to deliver year-over-year performance improvement.
- Leverage core consulting skills and High-Tech industry expertise to structure complex challenges around strategic C-suite priorities; develop hypotheses and business cases to unlock value.
- Develop deep client relationships that are long-lasting and result in strategic advisory insights and projects; manage client expectations, project scope, and all stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction for engagements.
- Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams spanning product, technology, and strategy — mentoring future leaders, shaping culture, and cementing Accenture's reputation as the definitive thought leader in High Tech.
- Act as the single point of ownership for major engagements — responsible not just for delivery, but for making the work successful analytically, commercially, and relationally.
- Set the overall narrative, rewrite or reshape stories for executives, and ensure consistency across workstreams.
- Quickly grasp commercial excellence concepts and have familiarity with the sales cycle.
- Travel as needed, up to 80%.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience consulting for or working at a High Tech company, or a start-up.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
- Strong client communication skills with a proven ability to influence and inspire senior executives.
- A proven track record of delivery on complex, high-impact client engagements where AI played a central role.
- Hands-on experience applying generative AI, machine learning, or AI-powered platforms to solve real business problems — for clients or within your own organization.
- Prior experience driving insights using visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) and analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
- Familiarity with AI development ecosystems, LLM-based tooling, or AI platform strategies.
