High Speed Guard Engineer

About the role

Clearance: Active TS/SCI. Environment: Cross‑domain systems engineer supporting high‑speed guard solutions that enable secure data transfer across security domains. This role combines requirements analysis, solution design, implementation, administration, and hands‑on troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and develop secure implementation approaches.
• Design, configure, and maintain high‑speed guard rulesets.
• Coordinate technical designs, schedules, and implementation activities.
• Troubleshoot service outages, performance issues, and system errors.
• Install firmware and support related servers, storage, switches, and physical infrastructure.
• Monitor and maintain Everfox or Forcepoint guard products.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a government polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• At least six years of relevant experience.
• Current DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II certification.
• Hands‑on experience with Everfox or Forcepoint High Speed Guards.
• Strong Linux, TCP/IP networking, and network security knowledge.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience supporting cross‑domain solutions in operational environments.
• Systems engineering experience across the full system lifecycle.
