About the role
The Archdiocese of Philadelphia is hiring Education Professionals for permanent and substitute opportunities in the 2024-25 School Year. Virtual interviews are available. Educators are invited to apply for High School Teacher positions in various subjects including Science (Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, Physics), Math (Algebra, Geometry, Calculus), H/PE, Theology, Business/Technology, and World Languages (Spanish, French).
Responsibilities
- Classroom instruction at school locations required.
- All clearances and Safe Environment Training must be current for hiring.
- Provide resume and transcripts for competency approval.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required.
- Native Speakers in world languages (Spanish, French) who possess a bachelor’s degree are invited to apply for openings in Spanish and French language.
- Theology teachers must have course credits from a Catholic college or university.
- Pennsylvania Teacher Certification is preferred but not required.
