About the role
MISTAFF is seeking an Assistant to support job posting and search operations across Michigan's K-12 education system.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the management and maintenance of job postings on the MISTAFF platform
- Support member organizations including the Michigan Association of Intermediate School Administrators, Michigan Association of Superintendents & Administrators, Michigan Association of School Boards, Michigan Association of Secondary School Principals, Michigan Elementary and Middle School Principals Association, and Michigan School Public Relations Association
- Help coordinate between collaborating educational organizations
- Provide administrative support for job search and posting services
- Assist with event coordination related to K-12 alternative certification and professional development
Qualifications
- Experience in educational administration or related field
- Familiarity with Michigan K-12 education system and organizations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholder organizations
- Knowledge of job posting systems and recruitment processes
