High School Softball Assistant Coach

Pay

Paid supplemental contract up to $4,345.

Start Date

Position begins in the Spring 2027 season.

Qualifications

• Previous coaching or collegiate level of play is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of coaching softball.
• Ability to interact and motivate student‑athletes of varying skill levels.
• Evidence of effective leadership.
• Student‑oriented and organized.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Work under the guidance and direction of the Athletic Director and Head Coach.
• Coordinate and implement the softball program’s vision.

Additional Requirements

• PA Child Abuse Clearance.
• PA Criminal Record Check.
• FBI Background Check.
