About the role

The CEC HS principal reports to the Head of School. The principal will lead and oversee the educational life at the Christian Educational Consortium.

Responsibilities

• Partner with all CEC stakeholders to maintain a rigorous academic community on the CEC campus.
• Build relationships, solve problems, and inspire continual individual and institutional growth for the glory of God.

Requirements

Biblically equipped and highly motivated educational leader.

Qualifications

Qualified independent contractors with a strong track record in education.

Skills

Strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to inspire growth.

Benefits

Flexible schedule involving campus work on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and at least one other working day a week, with varying workload based on the school calendar.
