About the role
This position is available in Rocky Mount, NC. The exact worksite location will be selected based on business requirements and the candidate’s relevant experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical components and systems according to assembly instructions.
- Perform quality checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of assembled products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols.
Working 1:1 with a mentor, you will apply your current skills and learn to fulfill these responsibilities.
Requirements
- Be a US Person (U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.).
- Be enrolled in an aligned Career & Technical Education (CTE) program within a North Carolina school.
- Be on track to earn a High School Diploma from a North Carolina school during the 2026-27 school year.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical components and systems.
- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Pay
The hourly base range for this position is $18–$22/hr. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
