About the role

This position involves supporting the high school girls tennis development team under the guidance of the head coach.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and executing practice sessions
• Support players with skill development and tactical knowledge
• Work closely with the head coach to implement training programs
• Attend games and tournaments to provide support and feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Coaching, or related field
• Experience coaching high school tennis
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
