High School Counselor
Location: On-Site | Warminster, PA
Salary: $2338.35 bi-weekly
Schedule: Full time 35 hours/week
Responsibilities
- Provide individual counseling with students, consultation services with school staff and parents
- Classroom developmental guidance lessons
- Positively impact students’ educational, behavioral, social, and emotional well-being
- Nurture student potential through personalized, small-group, and classroom counseling
- Empower parents and school staff by connecting them with community resources
- Ensure administrative excellence by completing accurate, efficient paperwork
- Stay updated on field trends to enhance guidance and support for students
- Foster trust and reliability by adhering to the Counseling Policy Manual, funding guidelines, and school procedures
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in counseling or related field
- Experience working with elementary students desired
- PA Elementary Certified School Counseling Certification
