About the role

Service Associates assist clients with day-to-day banking needs by helping them to manage their money through bank products. They serve as the frontline representatives of a bank, building relationships and supporting clients' financial well-being.

Responsibilities

• Learn about Banking Structure, Strategy, and Leadership.
• Develop Customer-Facing Services.

Requirements

• Junior or Senior in High School.
• Enrolled in the Honors Plus Employment Seal program as part of your high school curriculum.

Qualifications

• Indiana High School Diploma.
• INCAP AP Credential.
• Financial Services Academy Retail Banking Certificate.
