High-Risk Cardiology - Clinical RN (Night Shift)

Role Overview Provides direct patient care in a high-risk cardiology unit, managing complex cardiac conditions such as CAD, HTN, arrhythmias, heart failure, and post-procedure care. Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team including Hospitalists, cardiology specialists, and medical staff to deliver comprehensive care. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, educating patients and families, and promoting safety and quality standards. Uses advanced nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional aspects of patient care, respecting cultural and personal values. Qualifications & Skills Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred.Current RN licensure.Experience not required, but preferred for advanced roles.Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and extensive EKG training are valued.Strong assessment, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
