Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of high-rise windows using specialized equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform window cleaning tasks safely and efficiently
- Maintain equipment and supplies
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with building management and tenants
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Physical ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in window cleaning or related field preferred
Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of safety procedures
