High Reliability Organization Project Manager
Job Summary
The MGB Office of the Chief Medical Officer (OCMO) is seeking an HRO Project Manager to support the roll out of a new High Reliability operating model across Mass General Brigham. This individual will provide project management and analytic support to high priority quality initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Health Policy, Public Health or related degree preferred
- Familiarity with HRO principles preferred
- 0-3 years of experience working with healthcare quality data
- 0-3 years experience in project management or improvement
- Ability to work with quantitative data a must
- Utilizes a mix of quantitative and qualitative methods for measuring performance
- Strong PC skills/Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, required

Other Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for the overarching management & logistics of HRO Unit Huddles, answering in-depth questions from leadership about the data, metrics, definitions, coordinating with technical teams for data deep dives, supporting ongoing unit initiatives and implementation, triaging operational issues related to infrastructure, identifying opportunities for improvement across units/hospitals, cataloging and sharing best practices, acting as a liaison between unit teams, OCMO leadership, and Digital teams, presenting analytical findings in a variety of formats, formulating recommendations, and effectively communicating results to non-analytic audiences, conducting project management and logistics such as project timelines, agenda development, minutes/documentation, slide decks, and preparation of reports to various audiences.

Pay Range
$63,648.00 - $90,750.40/Annual
