What You’ll Do as our Estimator
- Prepare accurate, timely roofing estimates for commercial and industrial projects
- Review plans, specifications, and site conditions to identify scope, risks, and solutions
- Manage multiple estimates and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- Collaborate with sales, project managers, and operations to ensure smooth project handoff
- Solve problems proactively and communicate clearly with internal teams and clients
What We’re Looking For in an Estimator
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
- Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, solutions-first mindset
- Takes genuine pride in quality, accuracy, and professionalism
- Roofing or construction estimating experience preferred (but not required for the right candidate)
