Field-based role covering Colorado, Nebraska, and Wyoming. Travel primarily within assigned territory; occasional overnight stays (2–5 nights per week) with a $35/day per diem.
About the role
Install, maintain, and upgrade communication towers, lighting systems, antennas, RF transmission lines, and related equipment. This hands-on, physically demanding position requires working at heights and is ideal for individuals with backgrounds in climbing, farming, ranching, or mechanical trades—though these are not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform tower construction, maintenance, and upgrades for wireless providers, utility companies, broadcasters, and government agencies
- Work at heights over 150 feet in variable outdoor conditions
- Operate independently from home to job sites using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain OSHA safety compliance
Requirements
- Must be 21+ years old
- Must pass a drug test
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Basic computer skills and strong organizational habits
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently and follow detailed instructions
- Comfortable working outdoors in variable weather
- Physically and mentally capable of climbing and working at heights
- Supply own basic hand tools and appropriate outdoor gear
Pay
$22.00 – $38.00 per hour (DOE), with overtime at 1.5x. Roughly $70,000–$130,000 annually with overtime.
Schedule
40–60 hours per week, including overtime.
