Hidden Grounds Brand Ambassador Food Service Worker Lead - UNC-Wilmington
Job Responsibilities
- Represent both Hidden Grounds and Aramark with professionalism, and positivity
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences
- Promote Hidden Grounds' story, and culture while supporting Aramark's commitment to hospitality and operational excellence
- Educate customers and team about menu offerings, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives
- Provide feedback that helps improve customer experiences
- Follow all Hidden Grounds and Aramark policies, safety standards, and professional expectations
- Works three (3) bar shifts weekly to remain connected to daily operations
- Leads all coffee-side onboarding and ongoing training
- Participates in interviewing and hiring
