Field Brand Ambassador

About the role

We are currently hiring Brand Ambassadors for the State Fair of Texas. This is an exciting opportunity to represent Express Flooring and earn a competitive hourly wage with uncapped bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and schedule qualified appointments at various events, trade shows, and retail locations
• Engage actively with potential clients, understand their flooring needs, inform them about our product offerings, address concerns and objections, and schedule appointments for free in-home consultations
• Achie and surpass your goals during each shift
• Attend team meetings to enhance your skills as an event professional
• Set up and dismantle event booths as required

Requirements

• A people person who enjoys initiating conversations and meeting new individuals
• High Energy and Strong face to face communication skills are a must!
• Motivated to help build the Express Flooring brand!
• Must be available during the day on weekdays and weekends
• Able to stand for 4-6 hours at a time
• Reliable transportation
• A confident team player who can work independently

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales, customer service, or marketing experience preferred, but not required

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the job

Benefits

Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant certifications. Compensation Range: $25 USD - $30 USD
