About the role
CPI Security is seeking a Residential Security Advisor to join their team in Hickory, NC. The ideal candidate will design, present, and sell security and home automation solutions, scheduling in-home consultations through lead generation and prospecting activities.
Responsibilities
- Design and sell award-winning security and smart home automation solutions
- Utilize company-provided leads and proactive prospecting tools to build a robust sales pipeline
- Maintain a weekly schedule of appointments and create engaging product displays to stimulate interest
- Effectively communicate CPI's value and product vision to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Partner with your Sales Manager and team to exceed monthly targets and drive market growth
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 1–2 years of outside sales experience preferred, but open to training the right individual with the "go-getter" spirit
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus
- Strong communication skills to influence and build instant rapport with customers
