About the role

Kent Quality Foods, a family-owned business and an established leader in the food industry, is hiring for a 2nd shift Warehouse Supervisor. The role involves leading the second‑shift warehouse team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the second‑shift warehouse team
• Assist with cycle counting, material handling, order picking, loading shipments, and receiving
• Operate a reach truck and a sit‑down forklift; receive training on a pallet restacking robot
• Complete data entry tasks and work with Business Central software
• Help schedule shipping appointments
• Train new team members
• Address and mitigate equipment, safety, and team‑member issues
• Monitor processes to ensure shipments are on time and picked 24 hours in advance

Requirements

• Previous Hilo (forklift) experience
• Leadership experience
• Ability to work in a cold environment
