HHA/PCA - Flexible Shifts

About the role

Alvita Care is a Joint Commission‑accredited home care agency seeking compassionate, reliable Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) for immediate openings across Suffolk County. As part of our community‑focused team, you will provide respectful in‑home personal care, Alzheimer’s and dementia support, palliative and end‑of‑life comfort care, geriatric care, and benefit from 24/7 RN‑led support for field caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Provide respectful, in‑home personal care
• Offer compassionate Alzheimer’s and dementia support
• Deliver palliative and end‑of‑life comfort care
• Provide geriatric care with heart and expertise
• Receive 24/7 RN‑led support while working in the field

Requirements

• Valid NYS HHA or PCA certification
• Current medical/vaccine records or ability to obtain them
• Drug screening or Habituation Form (can be completed during onboarding)
• A kind heart and a commitment to care
