Role Overview

The Caregiver is responsible for providing hands-on support to residents, promoting their safety, dignity, and independence. This role involves assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following individualized service plans and documenting any changes.

• Engaging residents through conversation and activities
• Supporting dining services
• Maintaining a clean environment
• Effectively communicating with families and care team members
• In Memory Care settings, creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

The pay range is $18.00 - $22.52 per hour.
