Job Summary
Summit Home Care is a NYS licensed home care agency serving all 5 Boroughs of NYC and Long Island. We are currently seeking Adult and Pediatric Home Health Aides in the Bronx.
Responsibilities
- Daily personal care (bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, etc.)
- Assist with the daily living activities per the Plan of Care
- Monitor patients and report on their condition
- Help with patient meals and feeding, as well as basic housekeeping functions
- Accompany the patient to doctor's visits, shopping, and other errands
Requirements
- New York State Home Health Aide Certificate
- Government Issued ID, Social Security Card & Work Authorization, if needed
- Two Reference Letters
- Recent Physical
- TB Screening (Quantiferon preferred)
- Rubella & Rubeola titer lab work
