HHA/CNA/PCA

About the role

We are actively hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP), Caregivers, Personal Care Aides (PCA), Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, reliable support to patients in Springfield, MO & surrounding areas. You will support clients one-on-one with activities of daily living while receiving training, flexibility, and a team dedicated to creating a great employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Activities of daily living [ADL's]
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing
• Dressing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Nail care
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Oral feeding
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance

Pay

• DSP/PCA/HHA/Caregiver – $16.00/hr
• Active MO CNA – $17.00/hr

Schedule

Available hours vary by location. Currently staffing part‑time hours up to full‑time, plus PRN/fill‑in shifts with potential to build additional hours. Flexible scheduling is offered.
