About the role

Provide compassionate, reliable support to patients in Odessa, MO and Wellington, MO as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), Caregiver, Personal Care Aide (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA).

Available hours vary by location. Currently staffing part-time and PRN/fill-in shifts with potential to build additional hours.

• Odessa: Monday–Thursday, 3.25 hours per day starting at 3 p.m. or later
• Wellington: Monday/Wednesday/Friday, 3.5 hours per day starting at 10 a.m. or later

Pay

• DSP/PCA/HHA/Caregiver: $16.00/hour
• Active MO CNA: $17.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Nail care
• Range of motion/exercises
• Transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices
• Oral feeding
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home management tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance
