HHA CNA Needed for Saturdays and Sundays

About the role

This position provides custodial and personal care services to clients that contract with Assisting Hands for services under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) and in compliance with the Plan of Care designated by the RN. Reports to: Director of Nursing.

Education

Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed and provide evidence of formal home health aide training or certification as a Nursing Assistant per state law and regulation.
• One (1) year experience in the home or long-term care setting is preferred.

Requirements

• CPR Certification Card
• TB Test
• CEU's
• Level 2 live-scan criminal background check*
• Level II background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse (see Agency for Health Care Administration at https://info.flclearinghouse.com)

Responsibilities

Schedule

Hours: Dependent on assignment. Assisting Hands does not guarantee hours. FLSA Status: Non-exempt, hourly.
