About the role
Silver Lining Home Health Care, a Care Advantage, Inc. Company, is seeking CNAs / HHAs for a live-in opportunity in the Wilmington area. We are dedicated to providing high-quality care to our clients while empowering our Care Family in their purpose-driven work.
Responsibilities
- Provide client care according to the Plan of Care
- Aid clients with personal care and hygiene
- Operate a Hoyer lift
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Follow infection control procedures
- Maintain client privacy and confidential information
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, Home Health Aide (HHA) certification, or DE CNA program completion
- Open availability, capable of working various shifts including weekends
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to lift, position, and transfer patients
- Able to operate a Hoyer lift
