HHA/CNA - Live-In Opportunity

Silver Lining Home Health Care, a Care Advantage, Inc. Company, is seeking CNAs / HHAs for a live-in opportunity in the Wilmington area. We are a client-driven company dedicated to delivering high-quality care to our clients in the communities we serve.

Responsibilities

• Provide client care according to the Plan of Care
• Absorb and assist client with personal care and hygiene
• Operate a Hoyer lift
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Follow infection control procedures
• Maintain client privacy and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, Home Health Aide (HHA) certification, or DE CNA program completion
• Open availability, capable of working various shifts including weekends
• Current CPR/First Aid certification
• Physical ability and 2-step PPD test
• Able to lift, position, and transfer patients
• Able to operate a Hoyer lift
