HHA/CNA live in Caregiver in your North Shore area

About the role

Join our team and help take care of Elderly and Disabled individuals in the comfort of their own homes! At Guardian Angel Senior Services you will have the opportunity to work as Companion or as a Personal Care Provider. No experience necessary, we will train the right candidate with the correct mindset and compassion!

Responsibilities

• Aid client with ambulation and mobility around the house
• Aid client with personal care and hygiene
• Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the client
• Aid with shopping errands
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Be a pleasant and supportive companion
• Report any unusual incidents

Qualifications

• Own vehicle to get to and from clients
• Must have reliable transportation
• Attention to detail
• Home Health Aide or CNA license
• Ability to write, read, and speak English fluently
• Good time management skills
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
• Respectful and compassionate
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Pay

• LIVE-IN RATES: (WORK WEEK= Monday- Sunday. Day 1 starts first day worked of the week)
• Live-in are paid 16 hours a 24hr shift and then have 8 hours of unpaid rest.
• Caregivers should be getting 8 hours of rest at night.
• Live-in Caregivers will have a sleeping area separate from the client and access to bath/shower area.
• Clients are responsible for providing food. If not possible, caregiver will be reimbursed a $10 a day meal stipend.

Schedule

• Flexible self-determined schedule options based on the clients available.
