HHA/CNA - Homecare

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate need for certified nursing assistants (CNA) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHA) to care for our adult and geriatric clients. As a member of our home care team, you will be valued, respected, and heard.

Pay

• Up to $18-20 per hour depending on experience.
• 4-12 hour shifts available.
• Talent Scout Bonus $500 for referrals that work 100 hours.

Benefits

• BAYADA offers Home Health Aides (HHAs): Group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period.
• Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans for those working less than 30 hours per week.

Qualifications for HHA – Home Health Aides

• Minimum one year work experience (does not have to be in the HHA field).
• Current CNA license or proof of HHA certificate with 75 hours or more of nurse led training, we can accept out of state license.

• Activities of daily living
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Ranges of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Ambulation assistance
• Meds reminders
