About the role
Supporting individuals in their daily activities while ensuring their comfort and safety.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal hygiene tasks
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Provide medication management
- Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers
- Ensure patient rooms are clean and organized
Requirements
- Valid state certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer literacy
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Physical stamina for lifting and moving patients
- Knowledge of infection control procedures
