A Day In The Life Of Our PTA

• Administering a variety of therapeutic procedures (manual techniques, exercises, modalities, etc.)
• Monitoring patient progress and collaborating with the PT to adjust treatment plans.
• Documenting objective measures and justifying continued services.
• Educating patients and families on rehabilitation goals and progress.
• Ensuring meticulous record-keeping in our electronic documentation system.
• Participating in patient care conferences and continuous learning opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Current and active PTA license (REQUIRED).
• One year of experience in long-term care or a related setting preferred, but strong new graduates are encouraged to apply!
• A commitment to evidence-based practice and ethical patient care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

$50 per home visit along with mileage.
