Hemodialysis Clinical Nurse (Night Shift)

About the role

This role involves providing direct patient care in a dialysis unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing activities. Promote patient- and family-centered care, educating on illness management and post-treatment needs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and document individualized care plans, communicating effectively across the care continuum.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and barriers.
• Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining constant alertness.

Qualifications

• RN license with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; Bachelor's preferred.
• No prior experience required; less than 2 years' experience preferred.
