We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Hematology & Oncology physician to join a reputable cancer program known for its regional recognition and academic ties. Key Responsibilities Include Providing comprehensive hematology and oncology care within a well-established team supported by experienced nurses, 4 APPs, and specialized clinical staffManaging outpatient and inpatient consults with a typical ratio of 1:7, handling 1-2 inpatient consults and seeing 20-25 patients per dayParticipating in a multidisciplinary team offering services such as infusion, radiation, and diagnostics in recently upgraded facilities Qualifications And Skills Board certification or eligibility in Hematology/Oncology or Medical OncologyEligibility for Indiana medical licensure Compensation And Benefits Base salary around $575k with earning potential up to $900kAdditional benefits including a $25k sign-on bonus, $10k relocation assistance, comprehensive health, retirement, malpractice, CME, paid time off, and holidays
