Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $665,000 (guaranteed for 2–3 years)
• RVU bonus: $93.36 per RVU after 7,000 RVUs
• Sign-on bonus: $75,000
• Relocation allowance: $10,000
• Training stipend: $1,000 per month
• Paid time off: 4 weeks plus 1 week for CME ($4,500 CME allowance + $1,000 stipend)
• Retirement plans: 403(b) and 457
