About the Role
Join an established hospital-owned multispecialty practice as the 4th physician. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with shared call for nights and weekends, including hospital rounding. The facility features 9 exam rooms, 12 bay infusion suites, a lab, and pharmacy services. Services include Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, Breast Oncology, and the Varian Edge Radiation Therapy System.
Teaching opportunities are available if desired. The 600-bed facility is supported by a tenured staff, including RNs, a scheduler, CSC, CMA, Epic EMR, and Ambience AI scribe.
Responsibilities
- Provide medical oncology, hematology, and related services
- Participate in shared call for nights and weekends
- Conduct hospital rounding
- Utilize 9 exam rooms and 12 bay infusion suites
Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a medical license in the state of New Mexico
- 1+ years of experience preferred
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
- Medical Doctor with or without US residency, with a current US work visa
