Role: Hematology/Oncology Physician Responsibilities Provide comprehensive care for patients with cancer and blood disorders, including inpatient and outpatient consultations.Design evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.Coordinate chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive care with a multidisciplinary team.Participate in tumor boards, quality improvement initiatives, and community outreach programs.
