About the role
We are seeking a Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a collaborative outpatient oncology team.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Develop and manage treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed
- Educate patients and families on treatment and supportive care
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality care
Requirements
- Master's degree in Nursing (NP program)
- Active Illinois NP license or eligibility
- Minimum of 2 years of Hematology/Oncology experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Oncology experience preferred
