About the role
Seeking a Hematology Oncology Nurse Practitioner to provide outpatient and telehealth services, including care for hematology, oncology, chemotherapy, biotherapy, follow-up, and complex cancer cases.
Responsibilities
- Conduct new patient evaluations
- Manage treatment visits
- Coordinate care
- Ensure patient safety
Requirements
- Certification in Hematology Oncology
- Chemotherapy Certification
- BLS certification
- Active Louisiana or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact license
- Proficiency in Epic EMR
- Ability to handle complex cases and deliver high-quality patient care

Schedule
Primarily outpatient with occasional Saturday rotations. No hospital call required.
