About the role
Piedmont Oncology, part of Piedmont Healthcares newly reorganized cancer program, is recruiting a board certified/board eligible medical hematology/oncology physician for its Piedmont Cartersville Hospital location in Cartersville, GA.
Responsibilities
- Support a rapidly growing and evolving cancer program both locally and across the 23-hospital system.
- Support and expand the clinical excellence aligned with discovery and innovation associated with Piedmont Oncology.
- Work well with other providers both locally and across Piedmont Oncology.
Requirements
- A Georgia medical license.
- Strong communication skills.
- Genuine compassion for the patients and the patients family/support teams.
Qualifications
- Self-motivated to excel as a clinician.
Skills
- Ability to participate in and lead research and care pathway initiatives across the system.
