About the role

Piedmont Oncology, part of Piedmont Healthcares newly reorganized cancer program, is recruiting a board certified/board eligible medical hematology/oncology physician for its Piedmont Cartersville Hospital location in Cartersville, GA.

Responsibilities

  • Support a rapidly growing and evolving cancer program both locally and across the 23-hospital system.
  • Support and expand the clinical excellence aligned with discovery and innovation associated with Piedmont Oncology.
  • Work well with other providers both locally and across Piedmont Oncology.

Requirements

  • A Georgia medical license.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Genuine compassion for the patients and the patients family/support teams.

Qualifications

  • Self-motivated to excel as a clinician.

Skills

  • Ability to participate in and lead research and care pathway initiatives across the system.
