About the role

A licensed Medical Technologist (MT) responsible for specimen processing, analysis, and results reporting.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and analyze specimens following department protocols.
• Design and update procedures to ensure testing accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory.
• Perform instrument maintenance, troubleshooting, and QC/QA programs.
• Produce, interpret, and report precise test results.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting test performance.
• Communicate relevant information to supervisors and colleagues.
• Adhere to safety protocols, lab procedures, and corporate compliance policies.
• Support department operations to meet productivity standards.

Requirements

• Licensed Medical Technologist certification.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, safety, and quality control.
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain laboratory instruments.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
