Seeking a Board-Certified Medical Doctor (MD) for outpatient hematology and oncology coverage in a rural Oregon facility.
About the role
Provide direct outpatient care, including chemotherapy management and bone marrow biopsies. Manage a caseload of 15-18 adult patients per day without patient admissions. Coordinate with clinical support staff, including a hematology/oncology trained ARNP and nurses. No call coverage required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive outpatient care
- Direct chemotherapy programs
- Perform specialized procedures such as bone marrow biopsies
Requirements
- Board certification in hematology/oncology
- Experience in outpatient settings
Schedule
Three days a week, Monday through Thursday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
