Hematologist/Oncologist - Locum Tenens

Seeking a physician to provide outpatient clinic coverage in a busy medical setting. Responsibilities include seeing 12-15 patients daily, participating in phone call duties, and performing bone marrow biopsies in collaboration with interventional radiology. Must have hospital privileges and be able to handle outpatient cases, excluding acute leukemia. Ideal for ongoing coverage, preferably 2+ weeks per month. Qualifications include relevant medical licensure and experience in outpatient care. Key skills involve strong clinical knowledge, communication, and the ability to work independently. Compensation is competitive, with paid malpractice insurance, and travel and housing expenses are pre-paid. Additional duties include managing assignment details via an online portal and maintaining professional standards. Provides 24-hour access to a dedicated healthcare consultant.
