About the role
The Section of Hematology and Medical Oncology seeks a Hematologist to join its program in Hematology and Hematologic Malignancies. The program is rapidly expanding and has a strong track record of success as a leader in amyloidosis, autologous stem cell transplantation, cellular therapies, gene therapy, sickle cell disease, and general benign and malignant hematology.
The successful candidate will have outstanding clinical expertise in the care of patients with hematologic disorders and the ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team. Opportunities include participation in and leadership of clinical trials and collaborations with investigators pursuing basic, translational, and health care delivery research projects. The candidate will also engage in teaching students, residents, and fellows in ambulatory and inpatient settings, with opportunities for leadership in medical education.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care for patients with hematologic disorders

Requirements
- MD, DO, or MD/PhD
- Board certified/board eligible in Hematology and Medical Oncology
- Licensed or eligible for a medical license in Massachusetts
Pay
Minimum salary: $255,670.00. Maximum salary: $534,220.00. The salary of the finalist will be set based on departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and internal pay comparison.
